1/2 Pork Share 70-80 lbs of organic practice, Non-GMO, Heritige Breed Pork Share. Processed, packaged and frozen. Available for pickup at the farm or local delivery to the capital district.
Each Share will nearly fill a traditional freezer, or fill an upright freezer half full. Ribs, roasts, porkchops, sausage and bacon. You choose the cuts.
Each 1/2 share is $4.50 per pound hanging weight, plus processing fees, expect a final cost of about $700 for your share (about $10/lb). A $50 dollar deposit is required at time of purchase.
